This document constitutes the privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) of G-D Trade LLC (a company registered under the laws of Georgia, with identification number: 405372608) (hereinafter referred to as “Us” or “We” or “GeoCom”). 

This Privacy Policy is available on our website www.Geocom.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and is an essential part of the Terms and Conditions of the service also published on our Website. We offer you Services that are only available if you share your Personal Data. 

Data protection has the utmost importance at GeoCom. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the laws of Georgia and applicable international regulations. If you provide GeoCom with your Personal Data by filling our registration form in order to receive our Services, you automatically agree that GeoCom will store your Personal Data and use it for the purposes of identifying You as a User and also for the purposes of communicating with You and processing of your questions.

We will Process your Personal Data by automated means, i.e. by means of information technologies, and in particular, We may do any or all of the following:

We Process and store Personal Data only for the period, which is required to meet the purpose of processing, or as long and to the extent as statutory laws require Us to process and/or store such data. If the purpose of processing does not apply anymore and the applicable statutory retention requirement expires, We will as a matter of routine erase data or restrict the processing of data in accordance with the applicable statutory laws.

In case you revoke your Personal Data while using our Services, the Services will be terminated immediately.

GeoCom is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, the renerwed Privacy Policy terms will take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website.
